In order to encourage the advanced, enhance the cohesion of the enterprise, and embody Mellon's core values of "honesty, benevolence, value creation, courage and responsibility, and result orientation", the company's administrative human resources department organized the 2013 advanced employee appraisal and commendation meeting and group worship meeting in the structural workshop on December 27, 2013. The advanced selection is recommended by the department; the administrative human resources department conducts preliminary review; the company's selection team discusses and passes. After the commendation meeting, all the staff attended the group meeting in the Mellon factory department. during the group meeting, under the auspices of the manager of the administrative human resources department, a lottery was held. all the staff had dinner while drawing the lottery.
