On June 11, the 3-day 3rd Asian Power Electrician and Smart Grid Exhibition was grandly opened at the China Import and Export Trade Exchange Hall in Guangzhou. Chengdu Mailong Electric Co., Ltd. made its debut with a series of power quality management products.

Mellon Electric: Thick and Thin Hair Amazing First Show

As a deep cultivator in the power industry with more than 20 years of accumulation, Chengdu Malone Electric Co., Ltd. was invited to participate in the exhibition and completed the first show in the industry with MDPA, MDVG, MAPF and other series of products from the Power Electronics Division.

The Mellon booth is located in E01 of the main pavilion 9.1, adjacent to the comprehensive booth of Shandong Power Grid Group. In this exhibition, Mellon Electric takes power quality management as the theme and mainly pushes MDPA distribution network integrated regulator, which is specially designed to control three-phase imbalance and improve power quality in distribution station area. It has the characteristics of automatic real-time adjustment, low full load loss, good heat dissipation effect, low harmonic distortion rate, etc., and the three-phase imbalance after compensation within the capacity range is less than or equal to 3%, which is far better than the national standard.

The MDVG digital reactive power generator exhibited by Mellon Electric is also popular at the exhibition, which is used to dynamically suppress power harmonics and compensate reactive power. It uses high-speed DSP + FPGA full digital control system, fast response to load changes, full load loss is less than 2.5 percent of the overall capacity, modular design to support free parallel. The simple and personalized UI interface and cool black appearance design of the product are quite modern and industrial, making it popular in the exhibition and won numerous praises.

In addition, Mellon Electric also exhibited the MAPF active power filter module. The products are all independently developed by Mellon from hardware to software. The advanced software design can realize any arrangement and combination of harmonic compensation, reactive power compensation and unbalance compensation. The functions are defined according to the governance requirements, and finally the governance effects of PF 0.99, THDi<5% and three-phase unbalance ≤ 3% are achieved.
