On the eve of the "March 8th" International Working Women's Day, Mellon Electric Trade Union specially invited Professor Bai, a well-known national professional psychological consultant and chief physician of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Xi'an Fourth People's Hospital, to talk about the mental health, psychological adjustment and women of female employees. Health and other related knowledge are taught to female employees in our factory. In order to improve the comprehensive quality of female workers, help female workers better cope with work pressure, and enhance the ability to create a happy life has played a great help.

On the day of the festival, all the female employees in the factory department unexpectedly received a special gift-a bunch of carnation flowers presented by the children of Yali kindergarten. The flowers, which are fragrant and indicate auspiciousness, friendship and health, are the special blessings sent by the Mellon Electric Trade Union to all the female employees.
