Seven major waste theme training

With the deepening of the company's 6S activities, it has become the most important problem to be solved by discovering waste in time and improving working methods and methods. Under the active organization of human resources, this training activity conducted training on the theme of 7 major wastes for the backbone of the workshop site, employees, technical department and some employees in the warehouse on September 2 and September 20 respectively. Through random questioning, the on-site trainers analyzed and expounded the concept and types of waste, pointed out the current waste problems and proposed methods and plans to eliminate waste.
