(I) Product Overview
ML-DVR(MOLO Dynamic Voltage Regulator) dynamic voltage recovery device is mainly used in the management of power grid voltage sag, short-term interruption, temporary rise of new power electronic equipment. The internal is equipped with an energy storage system connected in series between the system power supply and the sensitive load. It will continuously monitor the power supply voltage. When the power supply voltage is found to deviate from the rated voltage limit, the ML-DVR will quickly generate a power frequency compensation voltage injection system through the IGBT inverter system to ensure the stability of the sensitive voltage and ensure that the protected load is not affected by voltage changes. In addition, the device also has the functions of dynamic compensation of reactive current and suppression of power harmonics, which can comprehensively manage and improve the power quality of users.
(II) ML-DVR working principle
The grid voltage is within limits: When the grid is supplying the load (online mode), the inverter sleeps in standby, but remains synchronized with the grid voltage to act immediately in the event of a grid disturbance. The working principle of MDPA is as follows:

Voltage sag occurs: when the power grid is disturbed, the thyristor is rapidly turned off in both directions, thus isolating it from the power grid and supplying power to the load by the inverter INC system.

Voltage re-stabilization: the thyristors (SR1, SR2) are bi-directionally turned on, the inverter circuit INC system is re-connected to the power grid, the load will be powered by the power grid again, and the INC inverter system is in a rectified state to re-charge the energy storage capacitor.

Fail-safe bypass operation: In case of ML-DVR failure or maintenance, the load will automatically (or manually) safely transfer the bypass. That is, the current will be connected in parallel to the double reverse thyristor contactor or bypass switch, directly to the load power supply.
