(I) Product Overview
MDPA product is a comprehensive solution suitable for low-voltage distribution network. It uses advanced power electronic technology to adjust the imbalance of three-phase load. At the same time, it can also detect the reactive current in the load in real time and invert the opposite compensation current through IGBT to ensure that the feed-in current from the power grid is the active balance current, reduce the pollution of the power grid and realize "green" power supply.
a) Working principle
MDPA detects the load current in real time through an external current transformer, decomposes the detected current into positive and negative sequences, extracts the unbalanced current and reactive current, and these signals enter the DSP for calculation and processing to obtain the comprehensive compensation current that MDPA needs to output, and then generates a PWM signal to drive the IGBT to act, redistribute the load current to the grid side, and realize reactive compensation at the same time. The core function of the product is that it can operate at a speed 500 times faster than the current conversion speed to be compensated, realizing real-time adjustment of impedance.
